Why monsoon timing matters
Outdoor railing, gate and structure installation is meaningfully harder during active monsoon weeks — wet surfaces complicate welding and finishing work on-site, and the base-plate sealing work covered in our sealing guide is best done in dry conditions.
The realistic ordering window
Given typical fabrication lead times and import timelines for imported materials, ordering in the early part of the year gives enough buffer to complete outdoor installation before the monsoon window arrives — waiting until just before monsoon often means installation gets pushed to after it instead.
What happens if you order late
It's not that work stops entirely during monsoon — indoor fabrication and material sourcing continue — but outdoor installation specifically often gets rescheduled, which can push a project's completion out by weeks if the timing wasn't planned for.
