What to budget for beyond the obvious
- Main staircase (usually the largest single cost)
- Balcony/terrace railings (often several, adding up)
- Any window grills or balcony grill work if being done in the same material/finish
- A finish upgrade budget for statement areas (entrance staircase) vs. standard finish elsewhere
